Return
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item, informing you of the acceptance or rejection of the refund request. In the event of a positive outcome, FOOTWORK WORLD SRL undertakes to issue a voucher of equal value for the returned goods.
To make the return, you must fill in the document that can be downloaded from our area and send it to the email address footworkshopitalia@gmail.com.

1. Return for afterthought - size change - non-defective product
Our return policy is valid for 14 days as required by Italian law (EX ART. 53 OF THE CONSUMER CODE-D.LGS. 206/2005).
To complete the return process, we require proof of purchase.
To proceed with the return:
* - no more than 14 days must elapse from the purchase;
* - the items must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them, with the original packaging perfectly intact;
* - items must not be in promotion;
* - the shipping costs are at your expense. We will contact you to collect the defective goods, which will be entrusted to a trusted courier or can be sent directly by you to the address

You will receive a voucher for the value of the returned goods within 24 hours of returning the goods to our warehouse.

The shipping costs at your expense may vary from the weight and size of the box in which the goods are returned. By way of example and not limited to, the shipping costs are:
Standard delivery:
* - € 6.50 + VAT Delivery throughout Italy for shipping weighing from 0 to 1 Kg + Tracking Code, 3-4 Working Days;
* - € 7.50 + VAT Delivery throughout Italy for shipping weighing from 1 to 3 Kg + Tracking Code, 3-4 Working Days;
* - € 9.50 + VAT Delivery throughout Italy for shipping weighing from 3 to 10 Kg + Tracking Code, 3-4 Working Days;
* - € 12.50 + VAT Delivery throughout Italy for shipping weighing from 10 to 20 Kg + Tracking Code, 3-4 Working Days.

Substitutions for defective goods
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. For replacement with the same item, please send us an email at footworkshopitalia@gmail.com.
After our confirmation we will contact you to collect the defective goods, which will be entrusted to a trusted courier. Shipping costs are at our expense.
